The Combined Learning Artefact

The combined learning artefact was an introduction to gathering research and reflecting on our impact in the classroom. in the classroom, as well as reflecting on our own teaching.

It reflects a series of learning artefacts from my first-year sculpture project, where I assessed my teaching and assessment aswell as the final product pieces at the end of the project, using Theory to help me understand the next steps and where to improve in my next teaching placement.

 

Critical Incident Report

The report showcases a reflection of my teaching practice. The lesson was recorded for my own evaluation, allowing me to remove myself and reflect on any areas that I may have mis-remembered.

 

 The report is analyze and structured through

  • A factual account for the critical Incident.  

  • The feelings when reviewing it my perspective as well as perspective of the pupils through the lenses of the teaching and learning.

  • A theoretical perspective

  • My own personal beliefs as well as the actions to improve my future teaching practice

 

 

The critical incident report is used to identify an unexpected moment in the classroom that was unplanned and for me to evaluate my response to it. What went well and what I could improve in, the future. This is an important area of professional practice. As I move into my career.
