The assessment plan is an integral part of teaching. Above, you can see the assessment plan that I designed before going out on placement. This was designed for my second placement and was created with my reflections from my first school placement in mind'.

 

 

While assessing students, I engage in formative feedback through written and verbal methods, as well as digital feedback using the school software. Creating a classroom where formative assessment is a key part of the lesson, either at the beginning or end of the day, is a very important aspect of my teaching and will continue to be a part of my teaching career going forward.
